Our services
We provide renovation and home improvement services including interior decoration, exterior and garden work, home security, fire safety, financing and warranty guidance, roofing, solar, window replacement, flooring and bathroom remodeling.
Descriptions on this website are provided for general information. Every property is different, so final scope, materials and timelines are confirmed in writing after a site assessment.
Quotations and project scope
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of assessment and remain valid for the period stated on the document. Changes requested after approval, hidden conditions discovered during work, or material price movements may require a written variation before that work proceeds.
We will always explain a variation and obtain your approval rather than presenting an unexpected charge at completion.
Scheduling and site access
We agree dates with you in advance and plan trade visits so work progresses efficiently. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, utilities and a safe working environment.
Weather, permit timelines, supply availability and events beyond our control can affect schedules. If a delay occurs we will tell you promptly and offer revised dates.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in your project documents, typically involving an initial deposit with further stages linked to progress, and a final balance on completion.
Invoices are payable by the date shown on them. Late payment may pause work and, where applicable, incur charges permitted by law.
Cancellations and changes
You may cancel or pause a project as permitted by your written agreement and applicable law. Where materials have been ordered or work has begun, reasonable costs already committed may be recoverable.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as early as possible and reschedule without unreasonable delay.
Workmanship and warranty
Our workmanship carries a written warranty as described in your project documents. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are registered where applicable.
Warranty cover may be affected by damage from storms or flooding, work carried out by others, neglect of recommended maintenance, or alterations made after handover.
Client responsibilities
To keep a project safe and on schedule, you agree to:

- Disclose hazards, restrictions or building rules that may apply.
- Secure valuables, pets and personal items in areas where work is taking place.
- Respond to approval requests promptly so trades are not delayed.
Limitation of liability
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care and maintain appropriate insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected portion of work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, layout, illustrations and images, belongs to Nest Renovate Online or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
Design drawings and specifications prepared for your project are provided for that project and remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use automated systems to extract content. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site without notice.
Governing law
